We deliver to select areas in Texas. Delivery details:
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, weather, and demand.
- All products are delivered in temperature-controlled, insulated packaging to ensure freshness.
- A signature or confirmation may be required upon delivery. If no one is available, we may leave the package in a safe location or reschedule.
- Orders above $75 qualify for free delivery. A delivery fee of $5.99 applies to smaller orders.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis:
- If you receive damaged, incorrect, or spoiled products, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- We do not accept returns for products that have been opened, cooked, or improperly stored after delivery.
