We currently deliver to select cities in Texas (Dallas, Frisco, Plano, Arlington, Irving, Leander, Round Rock, Cedar Park) and Illinois (Chicago, Naperville). We are expanding to new areas regularly — check back soon!

Standard delivery takes 1-2 business days. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12:00 PM in select areas. You will receive a tracking link once your order ships.

There is no minimum order amount. However, orders of $49 or more qualify for free delivery. A flat delivery fee of $5.99 applies to smaller orders.

Every product we sell is 100% fresh — never frozen. Our cuts are processed within hours of order and we maintain full traceability from farm to your kitchen.

All orders are packed in insulated, temperature-controlled boxes with ice packs to maintain freshness throughout transit. Our cold-chain packaging keeps products at safe temperatures for up to 48 hours.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, and Apple Pay. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you receive damaged, incorrect, or spoiled products, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. Approved refunds are issued within 5-7 business days.

You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting our support team. Once an order enters processing, changes may not be possible.
