PREPARATION


  1. Wash and thoroughly dry the chicken parts before creating the spicy dish.

  2. This should be soaked in a solution of salt, lime juice, and turmeric powder.

  3. Green chilli paste, ginger, and garlic are sautéed in hot oil in a skillet until they start to turn a light shade of brown.

  4. Add onion and a little salt, then cook till golden brown.

  5. Add the coriander, pepper, and chilli powders.

  6. After it has been properly sautéed, add the marinated chicken pieces. Add a bit more oil if required.

  7. Maintain a high flame while occasionally stirring till oil seeps out.

  8. Cooking on low heat with the lid on takes an hour.

  9. Once the garam masala powder has been added, add curry leaves to decorate the roasted dish. The exquisite roasted chicken is prepared. Serve the food hot!
