PREPARATION

HOW TO COOK SPICY DHABA LAMB CURRY?

 

  • Marinate the FARM2COOK lamb in yoghurt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt before preparing the Dhaba Mutton Recipe.

 

  • Combine everything thoroughly, then set it aside for about two hours.

 

  • Garlic, ginger, bay leaves, cloves, and cardamoms are added to hot oil in a heavy-bottomed pan and sauteed for a short time.

 

  • Add the chopped onion and green chilies, and sauté until golden brown.

 

  • When the lamb is cooked and soft, add the marinated lamb and continue cooking.

 

  • Add the tomatoes and green chilies once it is finished. It should be cooked for 15 to 20 minutes.

 

  • Add the necessary amount of water after 15 to 20 minutes, then cook for an additional 5 minutes.

 

  • Add garam masala and continue cooking for an additional 3–4 minutes. When it's finished, turn off the stove and add some chopped coriander leaves as a garnish.
