WAY TO PREPARE POTLI FILLING:

 

Garlic, onion, ginger, green chilli, and two tablespoons of heated oil are sautéed along. Add the chicken and all the seasoning after a minute has passed. Mix well. Once again simmer for a few minutes after adding all the sauces. After pouring the mixture into a plate, let it cool. The mixture is now prepared.

WAY TO PREPARE POTLI DOUGH:

 

Make the semi-soft dough for potlis by mixing the maida, salt, and water as needed. Then, add the oil and thoroughly knead the dough. Set aside and give it 15 minutes to relax.

 

PREPARING YUMMY CHICKEN POTLIS:

 

Now take a little piece of round dough in your hand, flatten it into a circle, or create a circle with your thumb and index finger. Place the filling inside the potli, then neatly close the sheet with spring onions.

 

It should be fried in oil that is medium-hot for 5 to 6 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve it hot with sweet chilli sauce anytime as a snack or meal starter.
