INGREDIENTS
500 gm
minced lamb or boneless lamb need to be minced

medium-sized onion

green chilli - chopped
1/2 tablespoon
garlic paste
1/2 tablespoon
ginger paste
1/2 tablespoon
red chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon
cumin powder
1/3 teaspoon
garam masala powder
1 tablespoon
chaat masala
2 tablespoon
lemon juice
1 tablespoon
coriander leaves
As required

PREPARATION
  1. If you are using boneless lamb or mutton then, wash the mutton in clean water before preparing this fascinating snack recipe. Now carefully mince the mutton using a meat grinder.

  2. Orelse you can you minced lamb meat from FARM2COOK online.

  3. Now, chop the onions, green chilies, and coriander leaves on a cutting board. Maintain them in different dishes.

  4. To prepare the kabab mixture, add minced mutton, onion, green chilies, and coriander leaves to a grinder. To create a thick paste, grind the ingredients. Add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, cumin powder, and ginger-garlic paste after transferring it to a bowl. They should be well combined.

  5. Making Kabab- Separate equal amounts of this mixture. Now pat the mixture with wet hands, form it into kebabs of your style, and adjust it onto the stainless steel skewers or bamboo barbecue sticks.

  6. Now heat tawa or griller, fry or grill it.

  7. Sprinkle some chaat masala & lemon juice to give the zing. Cook it until the meat turns reddish brown.

  8. Serve hot with Naan, roti, chapatti, biriyani or rice.
