Keep all the above ingredients ready and take a wok pan.
Add oil or ghee to the pan, and add cut chicken pieces
Add salt and pepper. Fry chicken until color changes and set aside.
In the same wok, add finely chopped onions for 3 minutes until translucent.
Now add the salt, and spices and stir for a min
Add tomatoes pureed or chopped for 4 minutes, ginger garlic paste
Cover and wok and stir it until oil separates
Now add the fried chicken with little water and cook for 10 to 15 minutes
Add butter and garlic chili for garnish
Off the stove and squash half lemon for the tangy touch
Now chicken Karahi is ready to serve hot.
