Chicken Cutlet is deep-fried, relishing, and tasty meaty treat that's easy to cook within 30 minutes. A chicken cutlet is just a chicken breast that has been split horizontally into two thinner pieces. The cutlet is frequently additionally hammered out to make it even thinner so it cooks even quicker and more evenly.

A popular snack in the home with kids is the chicken cutlet. A thin slice of chicken is seasoned, then breaded and coated with eggs to create a cutlet, which is comparable to a meatball but covered by breadcrumbs. Our FARM2COOK rendition, which is a reproduction of the enormously popular Indian mother's home style, uses minced chicken. A nice chicken cutlet has a flavorful chicken stuffing that is crisp on the exterior and tender on the inside. Beautiful, even brown colour characterizes the crust.

Today, we will share with you how to cook this flavorsome, mouth-watering, crispy chicken cutlet bites. Stay on the FARM2COOK recipe page to know more.

HOW TO COOK?

- In a bowl, add minced chicken ordered from FARM2COOK (you can also use Chicken breast, cut horizontally and grind it), mashed potatoes and all the remaining ingredients except bread crumbs, oil, and egg. Combine well and ensure the saltiness and spiciness is according to the required taste. Divide this mixture into equal-sized portions and shape them into round cutlets.

- Whisk an egg in a bowl and take some bread crumbs in a plate. Dip the chicken cutlet in egg and then roll it over the bread crumbs to coat the chicken cutlets well.

- Place the coated chicken cutlets in a non-stick pan and drizzle oil over them. Cook them on medium heat for about 8-10 minutes until crispy and golden brown. Keep pressing and flipping to cook the cutlet evenly.

- Serve hot with ketchup or mint chutney.
