PREPARATION

HOW TO PREPARE BUTTER CHICKEN?

 

1. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a pan with oil.

2. Include cardamom, mace, cinnamon stick, and cloves. Add chopped tomatoes, garlic, and ginger after sautéing. Add soaked cashew nuts and blend thoroughly, then finely ground.

3. Take another pan, heat two more cubes of butter and ginger garlic paste.

4. Include the prepared tomato puree. The marinated broiler chicken pieces are now added and cooked for 15 minutes, followed with the red chilli powder, kasuri methi, and honey.

5. Include cream, green chilli, and cardamom powder. Mix well.

6. Add a spoonful of cream as topping when serving.
