Ingredients used in Spicy Prawn Shrimp Curry
• Garam masala – 1 tablespoons.
• Salt – 1 tablespoons.
• Chilli powder – 1 tablespoons.
• Turmeric powder – 1/2 teaspoons.
• Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tablespoons.
• Green chillies – 4 numbers.
• Onions – 2 Medium numbers.
• Prawns/shrimp – 60 Small numbers.
• Red chillies – 3 numbers.
• Jeera – 1/2 teaspoons.
• Curry leaves – Few numbers.
• Oil – 5 tablespoons.
• Water – 1 cup.

Method:
Before starting, if you are using fresh prawns make sure to dehydrate them by cooking them on heat until the water evaporates and prawns turns light pink in colour. 1. In a cooking pan, heat oil. Add Jeera, Red chillies amp; Curry leaves and let them splatter. 2. Chop the onions small and add them to tadka. 3. Once the onions change colour, add Green chillies and Ginger garlic paste. Fry for 2-3 mins. 4. Add spices – Chilli powder, Turmeric powder, Salt and Garam Masala and fry for few more mins 5. Add Prawns and mix well. Fry for 5 mins 6. Add half glass water and close the lid. Let it cook for 7-10 mins. Thats it!
